Quality Assurance (QA) Intern
We’re looking for two Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our product and engineering team.
As a QA Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our product works smoothly and delivers a great experience for our users. You’ll work closely with the engineering, product, and design teams to test new features, spot bugs, and improve the overall quality of our software.
You don’t need past experience in QA—but you must be sharp, curious, and detail-oriented.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to understand how real-world software is built and shipped, while developing problem-solving and communication skills that are valuable in any tech career.
This is a 3-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a Quality Assurance Associate (full-time) role based on performance.
Education & Background
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong foundation in how web applications work (from either coursework, personal projects, or self-learning)
- Prior experience in QA is not required, but interest in software quality and product usability is essential
- Bonus if you’ve done academic projects, online courses, or personal experiments involving testing or debugging
Responsibilities
As a Product Intern, you’ll:
- Test new features and updates on our web platform (across desktop and responsive breakpoints)
- Reproduce reported issues and write clear, concise bug reports
- Document steps to replicate problems with screenshots or short videos
- Create and execute test checklists
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to verify fixes
- Assist in regression testing during release cycles
- Suggest UI/UX improvements from a user’s perspective
- Contribute to improving internal QA processes and documentation

- Clear communicator—both in writing and speaking
- Curious mindset—you like understanding how things work
- Comfortable using web applications
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and improve
- Organized and reliable—you follow through on tasks and don’t leave things half-done
Bonus (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiar with basic QA concepts: test cases, bug reports, regression testing
- Know how to take screen recordings or use browser inspection tools
- Experience using tools like Google Docs, Notion, Trello, or Jira
- A background in computer science or related field is a plus—but not required
