Product Marketing Intern
We’re looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on Product Marketing Intern to join our growing product marketing team. This internship is perfect for someone eager to explore different aspects of marketing — from onboarding customers to crafting landing pages, creating content, running outreach campaigns, and more.
You’ll work closely with our product marketing, engineering, product, and support team to help build, market, and grow our global software products.
This is a 3-month paid internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Associate Marketer Marketer role based on performance.
Education & Background
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communication, IT, or related fields
- Freshers welcome — we care more about your attitude and thinking than your degree
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not required
- Must be available full-time during the 3-month internship
What You’ll Work On
1. Customer Onboarding & Activation
- Guide new users through setup and migration
- Help launch their website smoothly and follow up to ensure activation
- Coordinate with the product and support teams to resolve blockers
2. Content Creation & Copywriting
- Assist with creating and editing product walkthrough videos and tutorials
- Help write help docs, landing pages, sales pages, and more
- Draft newsletter content, release notes, and campaign emails
- Build and maintain pages like case studies, testimonials, and blog content
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Assist with keyword research and metadata improvements
- Optimize existing and migrated content for better rankings
- Use tools like Google Search Console and audits to identify issues
4. Social Media & Outreach
- Help manage social media content (planning, writing, basic visuals)
- Run outreach campaigns — e.g., asking for video testimonials, inviting users to interviews, or sharing offers
- Track market trends and competitor activity for new ideas
5. Campaign & Project Support
- Support product launches, webinars, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate across design, support, and marketing to deliver assets
- Track performance metrics (e.g., views, clicks, replies) and report insights
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Curiosity to learn new tools, strategies, and workflows
- Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Comfort using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Notion, or Canva
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions and follow through reliably
- Openness to feedback and a growth mindset
- Availability to work full-time during the internship
- A personal laptop for work

- Experience with WordPress or website builders
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT
- Interest in travel tech, SaaS products, or digital marketing
