Junior Customer Support
We are looking for a Junior Customer Support who is eager to learn, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping customers. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in customer support for web-based products.
You will work closely with senior support team members and gradually develop the skills needed to handle customer issues independently.
Key Responsibilities
•Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
• Assist customers with basic product usage and setup
• Follow established support processes and guidelines
• Escalate complex or unclear issues to senior team members
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all communication
• Take ownership of assigned tickets and follow up as instructed
• Learn product features and common customer issues over time
• Contribute to internal notes or documentation when required
Requirements
• 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good written English with clear and polite communication
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
• Basic understanding of websites and web-based tools
• Comfortable using email, chat tools, and basic computer applications
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work from our Kathmandu office
• Work schedule: Sunday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Good to Have
• Familiarity with WordPress or any website builder
• Experience using customer support tools such as Crisp, Helpscout, Zendesk, or Intercom
• Background in IT, computer applications, or web-related studies
• Previous experience supporting users of any online product
