Product Intern

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and driven Product Intern to join our growing product team. This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how real-world SaaS products are built, shipped, and improved.

You’ll work closely with the product head, product designers, engineers, and delivery lead to support product planning, research, QA, and documentation.

This is a 3-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a Product Associate (full-time) role based on performance.

Education & Background

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in any discipline (Engineering, IT, Business, Design, or related fields)
  
• Freshers welcome — we care more about how you think than what degree you hold
  
• Prior internship experience in any field is a plus but not required
  
• Must be available full-time during the 3-month internship period

Responsibilities

As a Product Intern, you’ll:

• Assist in writing product documentation, user guides, and feature descriptions
  
• Support the team in writing clear specifications and user stories for new features
  
• Help conduct QA testing, log bugs, and verify features before launch
  
• Participate in user research, surveys, and customer feedback sessions
  
• Do competitive analysis and research similar products
  
• Organize product backlogs, documents, and internal notes
  
• Learn how to work with designers, developers, and project managers to build great software
  
• Take ownership of small internal tools or product components under guidance

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  
• Sharp logical and structured thinking ability
  
• Excellent attention to detail and curiosity about how digital products work
  
• Comfortable using online tools like Google Docs, Notion, Excel, etc.
  
• Able to take initiative, ask good questions, and follow through on tasks
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  
• Bonus: Familiarity with web or mobile apps, interest in travel tech or SaaS
